Meadowlands still got a few older D4000s there while passing by earlier. Couldn’t tell all the numbers parked there but I noticed were 7412 and I believe 7790 (I was going fast so I couldn’t tell). Dk if they’re active however. They’re sitting in front of State Route 3.

Those are not being used, they are awaiting to be auctioned off

Yeah I could tell. All the logos and numbers aren’t blacked out yet though. It seems they are still in operational condition though in case something were to happen but I got a feeling they’re gonna be moved to the scrap lot nearby Meadowlands or the other lot by Tonnelle Ave.

Oradell will eventually have 21191-21197, 21301-21302, and 21307-21367 of the 2021 order.

88 of the 2022 order will go to NJT, the remaining 30 to Academy to make up for 21301-21302, and 21307-21334 going to NJT. From what I've heard, 50 of the 88 NJT buses for 2022 are expected to go to Wayne garage.

Goodbye 9000s and possibly some 7100s

Not sure though. I'm sure they'd be gone from Wayne as I heard they're supposed to get 50 22000s, but I'm not sure if they'd be retired though - maybe transferred to other garages. Oradell previously had 200+ 40 footers, and assuming the remaining 38 NJT 22000s go to Oradell, that's 108 new 45 footers for Oradell, so nowhere close to the number they had before. I wouldn't be surprised if they stay around to help out Oradell/Fairview/Market Street (as all their 40 footers are reaching the 20 year mark), and maybe replaced by the anticipated 172 cruiser bus order or a future order.

Right now Fairview drivers are being trained to driver 45fts...So Fairview might get a piece of that order

Another possibility I see is the 9000s going to Fairview and the 7100s going to Market St to replace their 40-50 D4000s. However, if Fairview indeed gets some of the 2022 order, then I could see all 2006-2008 MCIs going to Oradell/Market Street (to replace Market Street's D4000s and give more buses to Oradell) until a future order replaces them.
