Hey guys I’m a bit new here (I’m from CPTDB as DCTransitFilms) but I do to Jersey a lot and live close to the A&C Bus Corp garage but what happened with 5757, 5759, 6473, and 6477? I thought I saw 6473 during the summer and 5757 I thought I rode in like 2013 (since this form suggested it was retired since 2012). But That’s why I haven’t noticed 5757 and 5759 run on the routes lately but I’m just curious.

also I did see 5638 on the 119 during the middle of August in Nj transit colors.

Is there an updated listing on where each bus is held at? I'm going to work it out for CPTDB and possibly Wikipedia (hopefully Wiki because they messed up the WMATA Metrobus articles). Also I heard 9534 caught fire recently and 5700 crashed. So we can add those to retired buses.

There are a lot of buses that I need to update to the scrap list. Once I get those, then I can update the scrap list. There are a ton of MCIs that need to be added...just waiting on which ones. Also, buses get moved around a lot at NJT. Updating the roster OR scrap list for one or two buses is a waste as oppose to a HUGE update. Don't worry, I've been keeping track.

Congrats on updating the NJT roster on CPTDB!

The buses you mentioned like the 2 - 6400's and 5759 are at NJT now. 5757 and 5919 are out of service one or both are retired.

This explains why I haven’t seen 5757 run in years and 5759 run recently. I may’ve rode 6473 in June but don’t remember really. In my opinion A&B Bus Corp could’ve give back 5760 and 5920-5923 as well but it would probably lead to a bus shortage for A&C. Also I never seen 5919 at all whenever I’m in NJ hearing it got retired due to a failed inspection. I wonder where both 5757 and 5919 are currently located.

Good question about 5757, 5919 MIA NJT not happy with A & C since they dropped the 4 route.

Then they ought to pick up the 4 route and run it themselves instead of relying an independent operator. I don't understand why NJT can't step up/ take things in their own hands. Enough of the excuses about driver shortage, equipment shortage and bus garage (Greenville) limited of adding more buses to its facility

They did step up a little they added more stops on the #1 route to cover some of the #4.

Also does anybody know if the following NABIs have returned to service from accidents: 5612, 5784, , 5952, 5998, 6072, 6101, 6348, and 6391

5612, 5784, 6101, 6348 are totaled for sure.  Not sure on the others you ask about but 5757, and 5919 may be gone also. I know its about 8-10 retired not too bad from a 1300 bus order.

Oh, still wondering about 5952, 5998, and 6391 as they're still on wiki and probably cptdb.
