Where is the ferry street shops located? Just wanna see even though it might not be possible. 5757 and 5919 were flooded by Hurricane Sandy in the Danforth ave A & C bus garage in Jersey City. And some Nova's also. I just found that out from Tony Merced Jr and if anyone would know it would be him. Thought 5757 was retired from fire damage and 5919 from a failed inspection. Guessing 5757 is long gone.
DCTransitFilms Posted November 12, 2019 Share #2455 Posted November 12, 2019 Also how is Transdev doing with NJ Transit? Because back down in Northern Virginia workers are on strike against Transdev from WMATA Cinder Bed garage affecting some routes and Fairfax Connector might enter a strike against Transdev I heard on the news.
S78 via Hylan Posted November 21, 2019 Share #2456 Posted November 21, 2019 (edited) 5834 might be at Ironbound as it frequently pops up on the 62. Also, 5832 is working the 48. Edited November 21, 2019 by S78 via Hylan

DCTransitFilms Posted November 26, 2019 Share #2461 Posted November 26, 2019 So in total 5759, 6473, 6474, and 6477 were returned to NJ Transit? They might as well throw in 5760 tbh.

And they lost 5757, 5919 so about 6 buses which they did not need since they dumped the 4 route.

Reasonable. They could’ve got rid of 5759, 5760, 5920-5923 instead but that’ll most likely lead to a shortage of buses.

And NJT was not happy with A & C when they dropped the 4 route so they took some newer buses (6400's) back.

Ah i get you. Yeah A&C shouldn’t have dropped the 4 Route in general. Reason why I haven’t been a fan of A&C since I first started going to NJ.

Is Hilton short on buses?
