They're claiming its a win for everybody and that the unions helped make it happen. The 5 pension systems, per nyc.gov are: NYCERS New York City Board of Education Retirement System (BERS) New York City Police Pension Fund New York City Teachers' Retirement System (TRS) New York City Fire Department Pension Fund
