Because of signal problems at the Culver Line from Avenue P to Coney Island - Stillwell Avenue, (F) trains cannot go to Coney Island Complex. What do you do at this situation when you cannot put trains to the yard?

(F) trains run through Coney Island Term and access it where the (D) does.

Please pay attention to this one closely, as it is complicated. Have track maps ready.

Due to a power failure at Dekalb Avenue, the switches are stuck in the positions they were in when the outage occured. This affects all lines, as it is north and south of the station.

Northbound:

Pacific Street Local --> Montague Street

Pacific Street Express --> Montague Street

Brighton --> 6th Avenue Line

Southbound

Canal Street --> Pacific Street Express

Grand Street --> Brighton

Jay Street --> Pacific Street Express (after Dekalb Avenue)

Reroute the (B), (D), (N), (R), and (Q).

Another complicated switching problem:

This time, it's between Franklin Avenue & Nevins Street.

Northbound:

New Lots Avenue Local --> Eastern Pkway Exp --> 7th Avenue

New Lots Avenue Express --> Eastern Pkway Exp --> 7th Avenue

Flatbush Avenue --> Eastern Pkway Exp --> Lex Avenue

Southbound:

All trains must go via Eastern Parkway Express after Atlantic Avenue.

Reroute (2), (3), (4), and (5).

(2): Via Eastern Parkway Express & Lexington Avenue, northbound. Via 7th Avenue and Express southbound.

(3): Terminates at Rector Street, looping at City Hall loop.

(4): Normal service, extended to New Lots Avenue.

Which is pretty much exactly what I put. Notice I said pretty much, not completely.

A bit vague; I'll assume that you only mean the tunnels underneath the East River.

(E) runs between Ely Av and Jamaica Center

(F) runs in 2 sections: Jamaica to 21 St-Queensbridge and 57 St to Coney Island (I'm not running any via the (G) because at a time like this, the last thing you need is delays due to excessive merging)

(M) runs to Broad Street

(I guarantee that Wally will send M trains to 168th... just wait)

Assuming that the solution above is invalid:

(C) Extra service between WTC and 168th St (Using stray (E) equipment)

(E) Jamaica-Queens Plaza

(F) CI-57th St; with select trains to Jamaica via the (G)

(G) Extended to Forest Hills

(M) To Chambers St

(S) 179th St-Van Wyck Blvd

(7) Extra service between TS and Queensboro Plaza

<7> Makes all stops to 61st St-Woodside

(E) is re-routed to replace suspended (G) trains from Church Avenue, Brooklyn-Court Square before from there running regular route to Jamaica Center. For Manhattan stations, transfer at Roosevelt Avenue OR Court Square for the (7) (Note: (G) is suspended to accommodate the (E) runs to Brooklyn via its route).

Chambers-WTC (E) platform is CLOSED.

(F) runs in two sections:

179th Street-Queensbridge Plaza or Roosevelt Island

Coney Island-57th Street

(M) runs from Metropolitan Avenue-57th Street (F) station, though some (M) trains after 47th-50th Street are re-routed via the (B) and then (C) to 168th Street.

5th Avenue and Lexington Avenue stations are CLOSED. For Queens Boulevard from Lexington Avenue, take (6) to Grand Central for (7) to Court Square or Roosevelt Avenue and change there OR take (6) to 59th Street and take (R) or re-routed (Q) trains there.

(Q) trains are re-routed via the (R) to 71st-Continental to accommodate additional passengers.

Due to fire on board a train, Chambers (A)(C) is closed. Reroute trains, and DO NOT SEND THE (C) OVER THE EASTERN DIVISION!!!

(E) Via 6th Avenue Line to Lower East Side-2 Avenue.

(M) Select trains via Nassau Street Line to Chambers Street.

(2)(3) Skips Park Place.

(C): Via Rutgers

(E): Via 6th Avenue & QBL local to replace (M).

(M): Suspended in Midtown & Queens.

Please expect delays on (A), (C), (E), (F), and leftover (M) trains.
