For a weird reason, the switches south of 59 St and the tracks that (B)(D) use between 59 St and 7 Av has still has power. There's just enough power to allow up to 5 trains to stop on either level. More trains and the entire station loses power.

Correction: This is supposed to say "There's just enough power to allow up to 5 trains to stop on either level at 34 St-Herald Square. More trains and the entire station loses power. "

Suppose it happens right when everything and all train are running normal.  At first trains will be all over the place, traffic jams, and become a Transit disaster.

(B) and (D) from Bronx and Manhattan some would Travel Via 6 Av line to 34 St-Herald Sq or to 2 Av and then return back Uptown and to The Bronx. Some could run Via 8 Av terminate at World Trade Center or follow the (A)(C) line into Brooklyn and then at Jay St run the (F) line. In Manhattan at West 4 St local track could switch from 8 Av to 6 Av (F) Line to 2 Av or into Brooklyn. Then they would start suspending (B) trains and taken them out of Passenger Service .

(B) from Brooklyn to Manhattan would be Suspended and some Trains that are still on the road would be taken out of Passenger Service.

(D) trains in Brooklyn operate from Coney Island to Atlantic Av run Express Via 4 Av.

(M) trains would start to operate only from Metropolitan Av to Chambers St. Some (M) trains that are still on the road on 6 Av and Queens Blvd will complete their run until there is no more (M) trains on those lines and then no Passenger Service.

(F) trains some will run normal and some will run Via (G) line.

(N) would make all Local stops and Via Tunnel in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.

(Q) would make all Local stops Via Tunnel in Brooklyn and Local in Manhattan to 96 St.

(R) normal service.

(W) Suspended and some Trains that are still on the road will complete their run and then No Passenger Service.

Some (E)(F) in Queens would make Local stops to help out (R) trains.
