This shut off power west of Broadway (exclusive) between Houston Street and 57th Street (inclusive). For a weird reason, the switches south of 59 St and the tracks that use between 59 St and 7 Av has still has power. You can terminate trains at 34 St, there's enough power there. Also, there is a partial power outage in Seventh Avenue Line between Columbus Circle and Houston Street. You can send trains here, but if you try to send over 10 TPH between Columbus Circle and Houston Street, it loses power. This affects both directions. Summarized: West of Broadway shut off, but Broadway is not affected. This only happens between Houston and 57th Streets. However, the power was still not turned on in the tracks between 59 St and 7 Av. And lastly, a partial power outage means you cannot run over than 10 TPH between Columbus Circle and Houston Street.
