MTA lays out emergency action plans: Service may stop for Halloween mayhem, snow and power outages

All was not to bad for me....but I did one trip from 3rd ave to FM so maybe thats why.....I wonder how it was on the local lines....

If u get busted throwing eggs at a bus, house, or any vehicle you get charged with vandalism. I think the fine is about $50 or so. Surprisingly it hasn't been bad at all with the buses I'm seeing pull up to rapid wash. Maybe the "recession" has finally set in

 

I attend a YMCA program, and the guy who is in charge says he drove around the whole North Shore of SI and didn't see any marks from eggs or even shaving cream.

 

It was a pretty quiet Halloween. I didn't see a whole lot of trick-or-treaters walking around. Maybe it had something to do with the weather and the downed trees still in the area.
