Besides the (J)/(Z) and the (1) and late (9), did any other line(s) have skip-stop service??

 

The only one to have regular service like that is the <7>, but the <7> is express, not skip-stop.

Yep, in 1964 the BMT Brighton saw skip-stop service for 11 months to allow for platform lengthening. You can view the brochure introducing skip-stop service here:
