Maybe even other neighborhoods? Just like how some enclosed whites think the Bronx is full of poor Blacks, when in fact more than half the borough is home to Hispanics, and it's been that way for decades. There are alot of neighborhoods that are nice and safe and DON'T have any "bad parts. Each neighborhood is different and people who live in that area (where every it may be) will almost always have have a positive out look on their neighborhood.
