Bill from Maspeth Posted November 20, 2011 Share #14 Posted November 20, 2011 Just a minute here: NYCT has enough cars to sapre to have a pair of active R46's on loan to the museum? Very, very strange.

+Young+ Posted November 23, 2011 Share #17 Posted November 23, 2011 Do you know about what time this took place? The reason why I am asking is because I would have loved to watch the crew pull in the R-46s. Also, in the third picture, is it true that I see 3 R-46s as well? Also, does anyone know where the switch is to turn on/off the LCD sign on those cars? It was just very weird looking at those cars in person with those signs turned off. pelhamlocal Posted November 23, 2011 Share #18 Posted November 23, 2011 It had to be 4 cars because all r44/46's not including the G and SIRT, are a 4 car married pair in this configuration: A-B-B-A_A-B-B-A, with rare exceptions at times. I hope this helps.B)
