They had this when tram was suspended for renovation which was $1 ride each. When Fear Factor was using old Tram, I remember Academy Bus was doing free RIOC Shuttle. Only problem with RIOC Bus does accept MetroCard, so folks properly will still use . I still see people in Roosevelt Island still use then RIOC or . I think to me it might not be good idea.
