Charleston Posted June 18, 2008 Share #1 Posted June 18, 2008 I read about it a year ago at this time in the Staten Island Advance and on the Staten Island Transportation Task Force website that NYC Transit is conducting a Staten Island Express Bus Study and that this study would be completed by this spring.
