Question about the Staten Island Express buses

I read about it a year ago at this time in the Staten Island Advance and on the Staten Island Transportation Task Force website that NYC Transit is conducting a Staten Island Express Bus Study and that this study would be completed by this spring.

 

Has anyone heard or know that are following this study if this study has been completed. If it has, what came out of this study.

I think the study is actually complete. Don't know the results, but I do know that Charleston will operate Artics, and there may be some BRT lines.
