CPBO Posted December 7, 2011 Share #1 Posted December 7, 2011 A taxi driver allegedly raped a drunken female passenger in the back seat of his cab in Harlem early Monday, police sources said. The reported attack occurred around 3:15 a.m. after the 21-year-old victim had gotten wasted at a Midtown watering hole and blacked out inside the cab, the sources told The Post. The woman told cops she couldn’t remember much. But she said she did remember the cabdriver climbing on top of her in the back seat of the car near West 138th Street and Riverside Drive, sources said. He then allegedly raped her. The terrified victim said that she pleaded for him to stop but that the cabby simply snarled, “Come on, baby,” the sources said. The driver then allegedly drove her to her building, dropped her off and sped away. She was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital, where she was released after treatment.
