I like them both actually. The R-143's sound like the R142A's when taking off and stopping @ the stations and the R-160B's b/c of the Siemens

I just love my R160A's great A/C and great brakes. The R143 brakes seem not to grab as good.

Definitely the R160s. The R143s have my favorite propulsion, but the R160As on the L are a little brighter and the FIND demolishes the strip maps any day that it does work. Still, both are good cars. They should put siemens propulsion in the R160A option order IMO.

Since I ride the everyday, I think the 160's are the better cars than the 143's. Most times the 160's even look cleaner thanthe 143's.
