No , most of the time when they interview you for a CAM position they will probably include the Oiler position the same time.There is no moving up from a CAM to a Oiler, they are both cleaning entry level jobs.Most CAM's move up to go into the Car Repairman program or if they chose to go another route.That's the best part is you choose and focus on what career path you want to take once probation is over.And you can go anywhere in the RR.
