(D)(Q) is wrong as they only connect three times and they share the bridge area/Dekalb, (E)(R) is wrong as they share QB. A trunk doens't necessarally mean the trunk in Manhattan that their classification is derived from, there are trunks in the outerboros too.

Wait, the bridge line (Dekalb Ave-Canal/Grand Sts) is a trunk?

Well I meant any stretch of shared track, as supposed to a true trunk (which gives lines their name). I was thinking bout the (4)(N) at night (59th-Union Sq-Canal-Atlantic) but you guys came up with sum good ones. In fact the (4) and (N) connect five times (add in Boro Hall), and that should be the most connections between lines that do not share trackage in the system.
