Works the same way in the subway section but here it's for buses

1) Come up with five facts relating the Bx12 and M34

2) They are assigned to the same depot

Both rank in the top 10 of all routes for daily ridership

Both feature Limited stop service

They share a Southern terminal

They both connect to IRT Subway lines

What two routes am I describing?

You all beat me to it. :)

In any case, the obvious for problem 1 is that they both have +SBS+, but other than that I can't think of any similarities. The demographics are different, the ridership is different (17,000 for the M34/34A vs. 50,000 for the Bx12), and the stopping patterns are different (there's no M34/34A local)

How about they both serve shopping strips, multiple subway lines and landmarks?

1)

A: They both have +SBS

B: They're both crosstowns (M34 @ 34 St; Bx12 @ Pelham Parkway/Fordham Road)

C: They both connect with a non-express queens route (M34 x Q32; Bx12 x Q50)

D: They both serve a major center (M34 = Javits Center; Bx12 = Bay Plaza)

E: They both connect with the BxM1 in Manhattan (M34 @ 34 St/Lex Av/3 Av; Bx12 @ Broaway/207 St)

I just pulled that out of my ass.

This One Might be Too easy!

-They Share The Same Terminals East and West of their Routes

-They Travel 5 Blocks apart they whole route and cross paths once before joining back together to finish their route

- They Both Travel Between 2 boros

- The Operate out the same Depot

Which 2 routes are We?

The Q24 and Q56 terminate near each other in Jamaica, but not at the same place. The Westbound Q24 runs on the same street as the Q56 from 168th St to the Van Wyck, but I don't really know if that'd fall under crossing paths, and the Eastbound doesn't actually meet up with the Q56 again. Unless shondrae is talking in a more general sense.

^^ nassau isn't a borough...

Anyway, my guess to that is the bx11 & bx35...

correct!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Bx11 and Bx35 start off going Westbound at West Farms, Split up at 169 st, then Cross paths at El Grant Highway & 170, then Join again @ El Grant & Plimpton to the end to the route at G.W term
