Both run between Yonkers and New Rochelle

Both connect with Metro-North's Harlem Line

Both have short turn trips ending outside New Rochelle.

Both connect with express buses to/from Manhattan

Neither connect with a Bronx local bus route.

 

How are the (B110) and the Bx24 related?

 

* Both are one borough routes

* Neither are run by MTA bus

*Both Connect to Subway Services at their Northern Terminals

*Both connect to multiple bus routes at their nothing terminal

* Both are not regular local services [(Bx24) being a loop and the (B110) is a limited)

I'll continue where Q43LTD left off....

 

- They both serve more than one mall

- They both run north/south

- They both connect to a route that's recently gotten extended (Q47, BL-16, respectively)

- They both run under RR trackage

- They both terminate fairly close to a body of water.

 

 

How are the B82 & the B13 related ?

They meet at Rockaway/Liberty

They connect with the Q3 that takes them inside the airport

- They both terminate at a mall

- They both parallel a route who's route number is only 1 "number" higher near where they terminate (Q47->Q48 @ LGA, Q21->Q22 @ Arverne)

- They both recently got extended

- They both pass by a cemetery (the same one if I'm not mistaken)

- They both connect to the QB local lines (albeit at different locations)

 

 

How are the x10 & the x28 alike ?

X10 and X28

 

Both express (obviously !)

They both travel via the Gowanus

Both have an isotope that supplements their route (X10 has the X11, X28 has the X38)

Both run alongside a local line in the boroughs they start at in the mornings (X10 runs in parallel with the S59, X28 with the B82)

Until June 2010, both ran every day

 

How are the X25 and X90 related?

Both are obviously express

They meet at 23/5 in Manhattan

Both connect with the (4)/(5)/(6)

Both cross paths with the Q44

They both operate along 5/Madison Avenues

Both run on Victory Boulevard

Both are out of Yukon

Both serve the Ferry Terminal

Both serve CSI (the S61 serves the Forest Hill Road entrance while the S62 serves the Victory Boulevard entrance)

Neither serve any SIR stop besides Saint George or Tompkinsville

 

How are the B43 and B82 related?

Until 2011, both were out of Yukon

-both service Hempstead Transit Center and Roosevelt Field

-both connect to other systems (N15 > Long Beach Bus; N27 > LITNY)

-both connect to routes heading to NYC on both ends of their respective route(N15 > N33; N27 > N21)

-both parallel another route (N15 > N31/32; N27 > N23)

-both serve a LIRR station in between their termini (N27 @ Roslyn; N15 @ Rockville Centre
