R36 Preservation Posted March 12, 2012 Share #6 Posted March 12, 2012 One R22 money car (7371) is at Seashore in Maine along with WF R33 9327 (Subway Series). Most of the R17/21/22 work cars were reefed in the first round of reefing in 2007-08.

+Young+ Posted March 12, 2012 Share #8 Posted March 12, 2012 do they still use the OR and IR rider cars? or have they been retired? also is that pair still in the transit museum? The pair is in the museum, however, in order to make room for the LIRR Caboose and the Derby car from CT, in addition to removing the R17, they have also temporarily removed IR (Locker Car) 714. The revenue collector car, OR 714, is still there for viewing. Once the caboose and the derby car leave the museum, they will probably and most likely put the R17 and the IR 714 car back into the museum.
