Calvin Posted March 13, 2012 Share #1 Posted March 13, 2012 I was noticing on most bus routes that on rush hours its waiting time is 5-15 minutes but I'm wondering why the Q21 and Q19 were left unchanged meaning its always 20 minutes or 30 minutes all the time?
