Weird LIB sign out in Suffolk...

I was out in Suffolk going to I-Con and when I was on 25A at the intersection with Moriches Road in St.James , I saw a LIB sign, blank with two orange arrows pointing left. Anyone have any idea what it is?

That sign was put up many years ago by one of the LIB dispatchers to guide drivers to the turn-off while doing LIRR bustitution runs. The last time I was in that area, I noticed there was also a similar sign on Lake Ave s/b approaching Rt. 347 still there.

Interesting...is LIB still doing LIRR bustitutions? There have been a couple so far in 2012...
