There is no service between E 180 St and Eastchester Av-Dyre Av in both directions.

Northbound (5) trains end at E 180 St.

Some northbound (5) trains are stopping along the (2) line from E 180 St to Nereid Avor Wakefield 241 St.

Expect delays in northbound  and  train service.

These service changes are because of a downed tree at Eastchester-Dyre.

The MTA mentioned that (M) and (R) service has resumed after an incident with an unruly passenger at Forest Hills, but doesn't mention the sick passenger or signal malfunction at all on its website.

Yeah, the QBL towards Forest Hills/Jamaica was jacked up on both tracks, trains following each other on station timers like crazy

When (D) trains run between Norwood–205th Street and 161st Street–Yankee Stadium due to the FASTTRACK Program, do those trains reverse back to 167th Street using the Manhattan-bound track or do they head to 145th Street and turn there? I've been thinking about this, since the only switches I can think of that could be used to reverse those trains would be just south of 145th Street or just north of 167th Street. Something tells me they're purposely terminating (D) trains at 161st Street–Yankee Stadium because passengers have a free transfer to the (4) available there to complete their trip downtown, since there's no service on Central Park West this week at night.

There are switches from the Manhattan-bound local track to the middle one just south of 161 St-Yankee Stadium. Trains can enter there and reverse back onto the Norwood-bound track and still hit all local stops, all without leaving the Bronx.

(Q) trains are stopping along the (N) line between DeKalb Av and Coney Island-Stillwell Av in both directions.

These service changes are because of switch problems at Prospect Park.

Expect delays on the (B)(D) , (N) and (Q) trains.

There is no northbound (D) train service between 145 St and Norwood-205 St.

Some northbound (D) trains end at 59 St-Columbus Circle or 145 St.

These service changes are because of an investigation on the tracks at Tremont Av.

Expect delays in both directions.

As an alternative, for service between 145 St and Norwood-205 St, you can take the Bx1 or Bx2  buses making nearby station stops or the (2)(4) and (5) train at 149 St-Grand Concourse.

Our crews are on the scene making repairs and we hope to resume normal service as soon as possible.

What is preventing them from turning at 167? That interlocking is controlled from Bedford Park, so it isn’t like there is no one manning the tower there...

Seems like more MTA laziness and myopia to me.

There's track work being done on the express track between 167th and 170th. They probably could use the side track at 167th but they're probably avoiding doing so for some reason...

My bet is to avoid crush loading the (4) with displaced riders. Or the spur is closed, I don't think they stage a ballpark special there anymore so the rail might not be in usable condition.

They actually had to turn off the power there so it wouldn't have been able to turn at 167.

Some northbound (N) trains are stopping along the (Q) line from Coney Island-Stilwell Av to DeKalb Av.

Customers may experience delays on (D) , (N) , (Q) and (R) lines in both directions.

This service change is because of track maintenance along 4 Av (Bklyn).
