Please be advised that the eastside stairways at 7 Av (MANH)  on #B, #D, #E lines are closed due to falling debris external to station.

FDNY is on site.

Customers can use the 53 St and Broadway stairways instead.

Maybe the signal problems prevent the switches from facilitating (B) express service. But they’ve run (B) and (Q) trains local before on the same track, so some other problem must be acting up simultaneously.

Well the switches at W4 are still not 100%. Maybe they want to put in some schedule padding in case the switches get temperamental.

I just saw a B train at Queens Plaza. It discharged, and then went to the D5 Layup track. I will post pics when I have a chance.

They were crossing (D)'s over to the local, northbound, and the question is, why they were doing that when they were terminating at 42nd on the express. (And also, the (D)'s terminating at 2nd would also interfere).

I didn’t check the service advisory, but good thing I hauled my ass over to Broadway–Lafayette Street instead of lazily waiting at Grand Street today. I saw a (B) train sitting at West 4 Street–Washington Square with the doors closed when I was on the (F).

Why don't they just cancel the B and terminate the trains at 34th N/B.Also how do you cancel the (B) where do the trains go? Is it worth it?

I say (B) to Whitehall. (D) to 34th.using northbound track to

Make reverse moves.

Instead of sending all them S/B (D) 's over the Culver line, they should have just use that X diamond crossover to resume regular service at Bway-Lafayette.

Unless that aforementioned crossover isn't manned except during GOs...that is. And as for N/B (D) 's...I don't know.
