Southbound trains are running on the line from 59 St-Columbus Circle to W 4 St-Washington Sq. Southbound trains are running on the line from Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av to W 4 St-Washington Sq. There is no train service from Delancey St-Essex St to Forest Hills-71 Av in both directions. Police are investigating. Allow additional travel time. So about an hour after this service change started I caught a at Jay St, ended up running express on the local track to Church Avenue stopping at 7th Avenue (while an train and a train passed by on the express track), then local. This morning, the signal problems started at Prospect Park and it looks like it is not is not getting any better as the B trains are running local from Brighton Beach to Prospect Park and some Q trains have been diverted. I checked the website at about 12:15 PM, the word "extensive" was removed and it stated delays.
