CenSin Posted August 30, 2016 Share #3876 Posted August 30, 2016 They probably just ran the AM rush deadheads in service from 36 Street, instead of running all the way down to 95th and deadheading back up. Heh. Screwing over the Bay Ridge-bound passengers when the was on the West End.
RestrictOnTheHanger Posted August 30, 2016 Share #3877 Posted August 30, 2016 I think the final advisory was as follows (didnt save the link) Brooklyn bound: and some via CPW/8 Ave exp Some via 6 Ave exp via West End via Culver Some via West End 36th BK to Stillwell
Around the Horn Posted August 30, 2016 Share #3878 Posted August 30, 2016 Heh. Screwing over the Bay Ridge-bound passengers when the was on the West End. I say this as a regular rider: not many people (at that particular time, in that particular direction) would be affected.
P3F Posted August 30, 2016 Share #3879 Posted August 30, 2016 Honestly I think the should look into truncating the if something is wrong along it instead of suspending it (if the incident is during rush hour) because the becomes unenterable by Church or Parkside Avenue, and stays that way until Atlantic Avenue. The least they could do is run some extra express trains.

Good thing that new station can turn trains around crazy fast and has tail tracks. Load up the tail tracks like a rail gun and fire 'em off to Flushing! LegoBrickBreaker101 Posted September 1, 2016 Share #3887 Posted September 1, 2016 Wasn't she arrested? Yeah, she's facing multiple charges of reckless endangerment, obstructing governmental administration, criminal nuisance, disorderly conduct and littering in the subway, and she's being held on $5k bail.

Joel Up Front Posted September 7, 2016 Share #3897 Posted September 7, 2016 (edited) What would have been a classic case of the Mondays was shifted two days. Some southbound trains are running on the line from 149 St-Grand Concourse to Nevins. Some southbound and trains are running local from Grand Central-42 St to Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall. Expect delays on the , and trains. As an alternative customers are advised to use the M101, M102 or M103 bus service making nearby station stops. Allow additional travel time. I got caught up in that this morning, wasn't pretty. Delays went as far back as 161st Street.
Jcb Posted September 14, 2016 Share #3900 Posted September 14, 2016 Apparently a downtown train is having mechanical problems, forcing other southbound s to go local. I'm not sure if that's the whole story, though, because I just passed it and there were a bunch of officers running towards a single car in the back with half or one door open.
