Service Change  Posted: 04/05/2019  1:44AM

There are service changes and delays in (4) train service as NYPD responds to a truck striking the elevated structure at Woodlawn.

There is no (4) train service in both directions between Burnside Av and Woodlawn.

Some uptown (4) trains are ending at 167 St.

See a station agent for a courtesy pass for continuing train or bus service.

Consider taking nearby Bx10 bus and (D) train service.

There is limited free shuttle bus service making all (4) train stops between Woodlawn and Burnside Av.

Service Change  Posted: 04/05/2019  1:12AM

Some (2) trains are stopping along the (5) line between Nevins St and 149 St-Grand Concourse to alleviate congestion for planned work on the Lenox Av line.

Looks like (D) via Sea Beach starting in 10 minutes will have to wait...

Service Change  Posted: 04/05/2019 10:14PM

(D) , (N) , and (R) trains have service changes and extensive delays because of a signal malfunction at 36 St (Bklyn).

Southbound (N) trains are stopping along the (R) line from 36 St to Coney Island-Stillwell Av.

Southbound (R) trains are stopping along the (D) line from 36 St and ending at 9 Av.

For service between 36 St and Bay Ridge-95 St, take nearby B37 or B63 buses.

Just give up on the (R) train, I suppose (BTW, (R) train to Queens runs until a little past midnight)

Service Change  Posted: 04/05/2019 11:42PM

After earlier signal problems at 36 St, (R) service to Forest Hills-71 Av has concluded for the evening. For continuing service, take (E) , (F) or (7) train service.

Not Mentioned:

Manhattan-bound and some Jamaica-bound (F) trains in both directions are running local in Queens.

Manhattan-bound and some Jamaica-bound (E) trains are running local in Queens.

Up 25 minute waits on the QBL local towards Forest Hills right now.

Service Change  Posted: 04/06/2019  2:30PM

There are service changes and delays in (Q) train service because of an unauthorized person on the tracks at Parkside Av.

(Q) trains are stopping along the  line from Coney Island Stillwell Av to DeKalb Av in both directions.

There is no Franklin Av (S) shuttle train service. As an alternative for shuttle train service customers may use B48 bus service.

(D) via Crosstown. The issue with this is: (G) service is only going to Bedford-Nostrand as well.

Our maintenance crews are on scene working to repair this switch.

Does anybody know what happened earlier in which trains were not allowed to serve the Roosevelt Island stop?

I read that escalators and elevators were OOS. The station wasn't the only thing closed; all vehicular traffic on the Roosevelt Island Bridge into Roosevelt Island was not permitted either. It was so bad that Hospital staff couldn't get to work.

Station-Specific Alternatives:
-    For service to/from Broadway Junction, consider taking alternate service such as the (A) , (C) , or (J) lines.

Service Change

Northbound (A) trains are running local from Euclid Av to Hoyt-Schermerhorn because a person was struck by a train at Nostrand Av.

UPDATE:

Service Change  Posted: 04/23/2019  6:29PM
