They start off with blood pressure and those basic things, I think they take a urine sample. Next thing for me was the vision test, then an EKG in a freaking cold room, then the hearing test. It was a while ago so I don't remember lots of detail, but search back in the thread I posted a more detailed description somewhere, as did a few other posters. Even today, when I got taken off medical hold and had to go for a third drug test, they did not ask for the 21 page booklet. However, I always take it just in case.
