I don't think so...just wondering, since my wife asked. It depends, you need minimum a CDL Class B learners permit with passenger endorsement. Therefore, if you have a class A CDL, whether it is the permit or license, you still have to go back to DMV to add the passenger endorsement. In addition, they don't like any restrictions at all!! DEE77 Posted January 24, 2014 Share #2364 Posted January 24, 2014 Stylus congrats come get some of this money HAHA. You can have a class A or B license if you dont have the full passenger endorsement you will take a road test. I had an A license with the 7 passenger or less passenger restriction so I had to take the road test for the full P. The dam examiner gave me a hard time because I had the A license already but it was all good because now I'm a MTA 25 to lifer HAHA. Come get some of this money fella's O yeah last night I was going home from work and got pulled over by the cops so the officer on my passenger side saw I had my uniform on and told the other on my side he's MTA and the offier said o okay can I see your work id I showed it to him with my license and he said okay have a good night. Personally i think they would have checked everything out if I wasnt a MTA employee so it does have it's perks. Thats one thing fellas when you get on carry your pass/id at all times even when you not at work.
