RTOMan Posted May 14, 2012 Author Share #3 Posted May 14, 2012 Are they really running that short on C/R's in the A division? Promos T/O's and ATD's as well as retirements eating up the C/R's.....

SubwayGuy Posted May 25, 2012 Share #7 Posted May 25, 2012 It's pretty close to full. Those not on the call sheets are unlikely to be anything but road XX. There's still a shortage. Also with the elimination of a lot of the flagging jobs in practice (but not on the pick lists), a lot of those folks may come back to the road next pick so stay tuned, it's not automatic those who don't pick this time will pick next time if that happens although likely due to the amount of retirements and promotions. It's not a bad thing though...remember it's not always better to pick, on XX you can get good jobs from time to time, or sit on the board, and you make that overtime, but you can't plan anything. But at least you avoid getting a headache job ALL the time. The jobs left for those who can pick tomorrow (if it's not closed out already) are all late PM jobs with a few short breaks and little or no overtime pay.
