New MBTA Photo Policy Document

Thank You! If I ever head to Boston, I'll make sure to have this. MBTA surely knows how to respond to the public and its employees about photography unlike MTA (New York)...... Thats how it should be, even if its a few pages long..

when I was in Boston, I rode the T all over, got photos in north and south stations, noone said anything, when i politely asked the conductors in North station they gave me a look like "why would you need to ask that, of course you can"

 

Even the security guard at Community College station was freindly when she approached me, just asked that I didnt get any employees in the photo, which wasnt a problem for me since I always photograph from the back of the train when in the Subway anyway.
