Well if you are telling the truth then most likely it was an test train.

 

line crews are not even quailfied for the R160's so how would the T/O know how to operate those cars????

no it must be a rush hour supplement R160 from coney island yard. must be operators. and yes the crew member is not allowed to operate trains they don't know.

No Rush hour (N)ovembers start anywhere near 59th Street and 4th Ave, or go towards it as a terminal.

 

It could have been a R160 qualifying Class as well..

Well what happened was that there were a lot of delays on the so they found that R160B set to use.

Well what happened was that there were a lot of delays on the so they found that R160B set to use.

I doubt that highly.

 

Like said, it was probably testing.

 

And if it was in service, I would've heard about it fast.
