Well if you are telling the truth then most likely it was an test train. line crews are not even quailfied for the R160's so how would the T/O know how to operate those cars???? No Rush hour (N)ovembers start anywhere near 59th Street and 4th Ave, or go towards it as a terminal. It could have been a R160 qualifying Class as well.. Not during Rush hour they dont or anytime during the day. Now Shuttle Trains on the Midnights Do that Move yes from 95th Street...
