Like the M60 I would suppose it's because it (B15) goes to JFK and it would be easier to board and alight the bus with luggage resulting in reduced dwell times.

I am surprised how fast they have the ENY stickers on, while 4248 has been here from Yukon for a 'long time' now still has the Y sticker.

I hope they don't remove the seats for luggage racks. I mean with the placement of those racks, it's just asking for trouble where a thief can steal a bag and get out the door. As for a LF bus, it would make it easier to board without climbing more stairs. Edited August 5, 2012 by Grand Concourse
