R68 Subway Car 254 Posted July 17, 2008 Share #1 Posted July 17, 2008 I want to be able to photograph the M1s and M3s on the MNRR. What lines do they run on and what times can they appear and how frequently they can appear? Thanks in Advance for answering this question! trainfan22 2,233 Posted July 17, 2008 Share #2 Posted July 17, 2008 They run on the harlem and hudson line. Best bet is to go to 125th street during rush hour or just before rush hour.
Pablo M 201 35 Posted July 17, 2008 Share #3 Posted July 17, 2008 Yeah, try during the rush on the Harlem and Hudson lines. You might see one or two trains come down the Hudson deadheading to Grand Central before the rush.

Amen, Harlem-125 at rush hour is the essence of Metro North. You'll see just about everything they have coming at you in waves.
