3rd Avenue Manhattan

I walked along 3rd Avenue after my lunch break to catch some shots of some buses.

This must be one of those bending buses. They only operate on Manhattan and the Bronx. NYC Transit New Flyer D60HF types, they're cool, holding more people as they go. Great shots.

I like that last one. That was the 6th Artic the be delivered to MTA, and I think it was originally at Kingsbridge with chrome rims!

Yup.. I remember when it first got to KB. I remember when I got on 1001 on the Bx1 and it did have the chrome rims!. I remember when the Rts and orion5's had crome rims too. What happened????
