Train operator salary and picks question.

Hey guys!

 

I am wondering how much a rookie train operator makes until he/she knows the system like the back of their hand. And also, can someone tell me how train operators are picked from the list, and all of the route pick groups, ie Southern Lines and the like?

That has nothing to do with what we make, you can start in one Div and stay there for the rest of your time down here..

 

Unless you "want" to know the system(Change Divs from A to B) you will not know it like the back of your hand just saying!
