no, they are low-cost buses to Philadelphia, Boston, Washington DC, Buffalo. They just happen to have a "M" designation.

They wanna keep it mainly on the DC line since the demand is higher there and also clearances aren't an issue anywhere along the line.

 

They might want to put it on the Toronto line also, they're looking into it.
