Proposed New Mall At Whitestone Cinemas that could affect (Bx5, Q44, Q50)

I think I've said this before, no express buses should terminate at a mall. Stopping to an extent (see X17 and 31) but not terminate.

 

 

Actually, at one point, the X31 terminated behind the SI Mall (I have it in the 1993 SI bus map). I think they extended it to the ETC around 1995 or so. But there is a small park-and-ride in that area, so that's probably why. They probably figured that the people around the ETC would just be able to take the X17.
