Cool buses, those must be the New Flyer Articulated ones. They're long and they bend. Only in Bronx and Manhattan.

I like the articulated buses on the Bx12, but they have some special service to them. I heard that you pay outside the bus stop and your show your receipt :confused: to the bus driver as proof of payment. Am I getting this idea correct?

Yes, you pay for your ride at the MVMs where the bus stops. You put your Metrocard in (or change) and you get a receipt. You don't necessarily need to show it to the driver, but just board the bus have a seat (if any). Fare Inspectors will come around and ask to see your receipt, and thats it.
