Customers Report Satisfaction with MTA Services

[float=left]post-5097-0-93218500-1348590414_thumb.jpg[/float]The (MTA) today released results from its annual series of customer satisfaction surveys conducted for all MTA services.


The results showed that satisfaction with LIRR and MNR rebounded to earlier highs after a year that had been fraught with weather-related service disruptions.


Satisfaction with MTA Bridges and Tunnels rose five percentage points to 85%.
