I really can't say how many Multi-level consists are on the NJCL as I don't photograph as often as I used to but I know that there is more than 1.

I believe many of the evening peak trains are multilevel. I'm not usually in NYC in the morning, so i wouldn't know how many come in off the :njc: run.
