Moving Feedback to a new location on the Board

Without going into details, a poster said questions about the board should be posted in "Feedback." I didn't know Feedback existed because it's close to the bottom of the forum where I NEVER look. I posted a question in a thread instead of Feedback.

 

I suggest Feedback be moved closer to the top of the Board.

Actually it was me when I was a mod.  Harry will look into this.
