alekr Posted November 10, 2012 Share #1 Posted November 10, 2012 I noticed this time for the 1 GO "No trains between 14th street and South Ferry" usually there would be shuttle buses running from Chambers to South Ferry but this time it doesn't say that there would be shuttle buses. Instead it said take the 2 or the 3 to Fulton street transfer to the 4 or 5 for Whitehall Street. Why they are deciding to get rid of shuttle buses and using the transfers? I'm assuming nobody really uses those shuttle buses and staging them too long.
Kamen Rider Posted November 10, 2012 Share #2 Posted November 10, 2012 They've got enough problems on thier plates to worry about shuttle buses. Most of the real G/Os are planed in advanced, this is most liekly emergency work and they didn't have time to order up buses.

Donald Posted November 11, 2012 Share #5 Posted November 11, 2012 Bowling Green is literally only a block away from South Ferry so you don't need shuttle buses.
