553 Bridgeton 401 #1 Posted November 23, 2012 Just got this bad boy today, as i heard after 2012 they were not going to be making these sets anymore, which would mean and set still out there would cost an arm n a leg. I got this from trainworld for $269, which was decent because some places are selling for 300+. I plan to get ahold of the green r17 set from trainword next. Zach if you see this are mth trains compatable with ho scale ez track? Im just surprise at how detailed this set is, n the fact it reaches 100mph scale speeds with no problem. I have a bunch of tracks on order so stay tuned. My plan is to have a mini subway network along with acela.

User 2,251 #4 Posted November 24, 2012 Although I'm not much of a train enthusiast, I have to say that set looks very nice. Doing a quick Google search, some places are selling it ATM for around $260-$270. Better pick them up soon before others do: https://www.google.com/search?q=bachmann+acela+express&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a#q=bachmann+acela+express&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=8IP&tbo=d&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&source=lnms&tbm=shop&sa=X&ei=ZxCwUMvVFoS90AGn24EI&ved=0CAkQ_AUoAA&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_cp.r_qf.&fp=77ad183a0d26ad06&bpcl=38897761&biw=1905&bih=
