All trains stopped at the OPTO marker, but the R32 definitely did not go OPTO. Now the first R46 I saw leaving had both ends covered, but other people's videos show that at some point it only had one person.

You've already asked this in the Rockaway Line reconstruction thread, but one track of the flats has been mended enough that a diesel car can tow the cars down to the Rockaways for service. No power or signals as of yet, so there will be no service across them yet.
