Obviously I know you have to be able to communicate and also understand what is being said to you. BOSS ? wait untill you are called for first interview, Dont go, they will kick you off the list, wait a bit and add your name back. Go to Livingston and ask them straight up if this is the date of the conviction, when will be ok to reaply. The job is safety sensitive as mentioned by snowblock. But since u filed already go for it and see what they tell you. "Can" is not absolute. Does rehabilitation factor in? Is it an absolute definite denial or can it be mitigated prior to 5 year period?
