MTA work truck gets stuck under overpass.

Apparent (as said buschat), an MTA Truck (appears to be a refuse truck)got stuck under an Overpass in Manhattan. MTA crews are trying to remove the vehicle (bye using an MTA Tow track as a battering ram no less). How could this happen?
