Turbo19 Posted February 27, 2013 Share #1 Posted February 27, 2013 When Omnitrans in San Bernardino, CA rebranded itself in 2012, the agency select a new scheme to be applied on it's fleet as well. So while the 2012 New Flyer XN40's arrived with the new scheme applied, Omnitrans will also repaint its older fleet of buses with a newer scheme as well. Now Omnitrans has shown riders how the older buses will be repainted. Disclaimer: These are not my photos and are property of Omnitrans. All credits go to the staff at Omnitrans. Nice lively but I don't really understand why the two models don't have the same paint scheme. Mainly due to the boxy nature of the C40LF's in comparison to the C40LFR's, as well as the LF's being much older and closer to retirement age. Looks way brighter and fresher then the old scheme. It does, but it takes some time to get used to. Fresh buses, man! Can't wait til I visit CA this summer! And here I was planning to soon head out east.
