CenSin 3,250 #1 Posted March 2, 2013 Does anyone know of any e-mail archiving solutions? I need something that can take a massive amount of e-mails (well over 9,000 for sure and possibly approaching 6 digits) and save it to an open format while preserving the folder structures, e-mail metadata, and attachments. The Adobe Acrobat extension to Outlook won't cut it as it has a hard-coded limitation on how many e-mails in my inbox it can convert to PDF at a time and being a 32-bit software probably can't handle the volume of e-mails I'm throwing at it anyway. I used to move my e-mails from my Exchange and IMAP folders to an offline PST file (an Outlook format). I deeply regret it now since it's a pain in the ass to work with the proprietary format.
