It's not easy trying to catch these cars when the (Z) doesn't run. I usually caught two sets running on middays and I've heard one runs on weekends. These R42s better stay until the R179s are officially placed into service.

By the time I get off work and get to Marcy Av (if I take the B62) the first (Z) of the morning is getting there.

 

Today I decided to get some photos (not often I do that) and the first one was a R42 so I rode it to Broad St then went back

 

...ended up seeing all of them on the road except for one set that never left the yard
